P&I's 2024 Most Influential Women in Institutional Investing
Head of Team and Portfolio Manager & Analyst, Rayna Lesser Hannaway, was named an honoree in Pensions & Investments' 2024 Influential Women in Institutional Investing program. Polen Capital is thrilled to see Rayna be recognized for her hard work in advocating on behalf of women in the industry and at Polen. She helped start our WISE Employee Resource Group and the Women's Leadership Council, and mentors many of our own employees.
Rayna and the other honorees were selected by an advisory board of leading investors and key industry executives to evaluate nominations, alongside other industry leaders and staff at Pensions & Investments. They were recognized in Chicago during the Influential Women in Institutional Investing conference, where speakers and panels explored leadership, sponsorship, and entrepreneurship.
