Beth Duggan

Beth is Associate General Counsel on Polen Capital's Credit team. Beth originally joined DDJ Capital in 2006, which was subsequently acquired by Polen Capital in 2022. Prior to 2006, Beth was a Senior Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goodwin Procter, LLP, and an Associate in the Corporate, Securities, and Finance Group of Pillsbury Winthrop, LLP. Beth has significant experience representing institutions in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Beth is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York bar associations. Beth received a B.A. in Government and English from Cornell University and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
