Eric Hoff, CFA

Eric is a Research Analyst on Polen Capital's Credit team. Eric originally joined DDJ Capital in 2017, which was subsequently acquired by Polen Capital in 2022. Prior to 2017, Eric was a Managing Director at NewStar Capital, where he was responsible for coverage and idea generation for six separate funds with differing mandates, including value & event-driven, long/short credit, special situations, par high yield, and CLOs. Eric received a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Boston University. Eric is a CFA® charterholder and serves on the board of directors of two Polen Capital portfolio companies.
