Leonardo Gonzalez, CFA

Leonardo is a Senior Relationship Manager responsible for business development and client service for the MidAtlantic South region in the U.S., as well as Latin America. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2014, Leonardo worked with Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor in South Florida. Prior to that, Leonardo worked with the Oxford Business Group as a Country Research Director, leading projects in the MENA and APAC regions. Leonardo received a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French. Leonardo is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors for the CFA Society of South Florida. Leonardo co-founded Polen Capital’s EMBRACE with a goal to support and promote an inclusive and supportive culture for those that identify as having a multicultural background.
