Tommy Schlabach

Tommy is a Research Associate on Polen Capital’s Large Company Growth team. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2024, Tommy completed various internships at Invesco and Diamond Hill Capital while receiving his M.B.A. Prior to that, Tommy had a long, distinguished career in the military, first as a Navy SEAL (SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team One) and then as a Senior Program Manager in US Special Operations Command (SOCOM). Tommy received a B.S. in Business from Hawaii Pacific University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
